coe-fac: Commencement Regalia Rental for Faculty

Hello,
Just a reminder that the cut-off for faculty to order rental regalia for Commencement is Monday, April 21st.  Ordering by April 21st means you are guaranteed to get the correct colors of your academic institution.  After that date, The Duck Store will provide either University of Oregon colors or the closest match possible. Although most of the form is self-explanatory, when you get to the 'Billing Information' block, choose 'bill department' and enter the index CCFGEN.

Orders placed on or after April 22nd will be charged a $15 late fee.  Departments will not cover this fee. School specific hood colors can no longer be guaranteed.
