Dear UO academic leaders,


I hope to see you and your faculty at the UO Faculty Club reopening later today. President Scholz and I hope the club to be a welcoming, casual space to connect with colleagues and meet other faculty members from different parts of campus.



The doors will reopen on Thursday, April 18 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the JSMA Faculty Lounge (near the Ford Lecture Hall). The president will provide snacks and soft drinks; beer and wine will be available for purchase. I will have the pleasure of introducing you to the three faculty coordinators who will help organize the club.



With thanks to numerous colleagues who've asked that we relaunch the Faculty Club, I look forward to celebrating its return with you all. Please encourage your colleagues and faculty members who are available to attend.
