coe-fac: ACTION NEEDED | New Social Media Profile Image - COE

Good Morning,

As Randy stated in his most recent weekly blast, UO Communications is engaged in an ongoing effort to create a unifying identity for all social media communication platforms and websites. A portion of the elements of this work was released yesterday by the UO central communications office. As part of the initial rollout, our College will be using the new UO logo (white background and green O, file attached) for all COE affiliated social media profiles. This logo is designed to fit as a profile image in all social platforms and should not be stretched, cropped, or otherwise changed in appearance.

Please make sure to communicate with your social media person to make this change as soon as possible. Also, please review the updated social media guidelines and checklists here: https://communications.uoregon.edu/social-media-guidelines.

The COE comms team will continue to work with various research units and program representatives as this rollout continues.
