Hello COE Faculty,

Open Ed Week is approaching, and Open Oregon is offering a funding opportunity for faculty interested in redesigning their course with open or no-cost materials in order to save students money. The course redesign sprint<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/openoregon.org/events/event/2021-sprint/__;!!C5qS4YX3!QgQ1iB7GmnAjknn7naf99kZ7gw1cw1woe0PPDUxnVr7x8s26ueiTTonbzXFHDFoasQ$> is a one-week online, asynchronous OER course training that will run from March 1-5, 2021.

It’s estimated that the training and course redesign will take 12-15 hours to complete, but individual faculty mileage may vary. Faculty participants may receive up to $750 for their participation ($250 upon completion of training, and $500 upon completion of course redesign).
