coe-fac: Endowed faculty position selection guidelines

Dear Faculty,



Thank you for responding to my recent call for feedback on the draft CoE Endowed Faculty Position Selection Guidelines. Of the faculty responding, two had specific suggestions for, a) adding associate deans as nominators for both committee membership and candidates for endowed positions, and b) ensuring that the faculty selection committee is diverse, and that it include faculty at both the associate professor and professor ranks. These additions are reflected in the final document that is being submitted to the Office of the Provost for approval (see two documents attached to this email; one reflecting these changes, and one "clean" version).
