coe-fac: Faculty Instructions for Commencement

Hello,
I hope everyone is looking forward to Commencement next Monday.  Attached are instructions for faculty participation and a map that shows you the line-up area at the lower level of Matt Knight Arena.  All you really need to do is show up at the west entrance of Matt Knight Arena by 3:30 pm on Monday, June 18 and our staff will direct you from there.

For those who ordered it, regalia will be delivered to HEDCO 130 sometime in the next day or two.  I'll let you know when it has arrived.

If you have questions after reading through the attached materials, please let me know.
