Dear Faculty -- See below for information about the 2016 Faculty Research Awards. The following individuals are eligible to apply for Faculty Research Awards:
(1) Assistant, Associate, and Full Professors
(2) Non tenure-track faculty who hold a full time appointment (1.0 FTE) that includes substantial research responsibilities, who have been employed by the University of Oregon for at least three years at the time of application, and who will hold a UO appointment during the academic year of the research award.

All -   Please distribute this announcement about the 2016 Faculty Research Awards a competitive, internal program administered by the VPRI to your faculty colleagues.  An information session on the Faculty Research Awards will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, from 12:00 - 1:00 in the Mt. Hood Room of Peace Health North, 677 East 12th Avenue.   This session will provide an opportunity for prospective applicants to ask questions about eligibility, proposal requirements, award conditions or any other aspects of the Faculty Research Award program.
