coe-fac: All Commencement Rental Regalia Must be Reordered!

Dear Faculty,
According to my contact at the Duck store, their system did not record all of the data for faculty regalia orders (see the message below).  I'm afraid I must ask anyone who plans on renting regalia from the Duck store for Commencement to go and order your regalia again (or for the first time if you've yet to order it) and they will ensure that there are no duplicate orders. WE found out this morning that our system had an intermittent problem that may have caused some order not to be captured and some orders have only partial information.  This is a far bigger problem than we originally thought.  The system has been fixed but I just sent a message to Amy asking her to relay my request to have all Faculty orders re-submitted in case the system did not capture some of them.  If you could request that your Faculty re-submit that would be great.  We will not duplicate orders so there is no reason for anyone to be concerned about that.  Sorry for the trouble and have a good week.
