Eugene Speech Therapy LLC is looking for a medical scheduler/assistant:

It is fully remote and flexible. The current need is ~20-30 hours a month. The contract is for one year and renews automatically for another year, unless we are provided with termination notice.

Type: Contract
Hours: varies per week (M-F)
Pay: $14.00/hour

Job Requirements:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Organized, self-starter, reliable

* Comfortable learning ins and outs of a position in the medical field

* Call clients within 24 hours of receiving their information (via fax, voicemail, and email)

* Call within business hours

* Attempt to reach clients several times over the span of two weeks if no answer

* Input appointment time using the online scheduler and update iCloud calendar

* Input client biographical information into EHR software

* Send clients an email with appointment verification and intake documents

* Send correspondence to doctors' offices and billing department

* Document all correspondance in the shared "call log" files

* Have working cell phone

* Have computer with internet

* Must establish proficiency with: Grasshopper app (phone service), Sync shared documents, shared calendar, online EHR software (training included), business email, and online fax service
