<span style="background:white">· Call clients within 24 hours of receiving their information (via fax, voicemail, and email)</span><br>

<span style="background:white">· Call within business hours</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Attempt to reach clients several times over the span of two weeks if no answer</span><br>

<span style="background:white">· Input appointment time using the online scheduler and update iCloud calendar</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Input client biographical information into EHR software</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Send clients an email with appointment verification and intake documents</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Send correspondence to doctors' offices and billing department</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Document all correspondance in the shared “call log” files</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Have working cell phone</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Have computer with internet</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">· Must establish proficiency with: Grasshopper app (phone service), Sync shared documents, shared calendar, online EHR software (training included), business email, and online fax service</span><br>
