Theraplay PLLC., a multidisciplinary practice in Sanford, NC is seeking to add a bilingual pediatric speech-language pathologist to our team!

Responsibilities include:
* Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on children and adolescents. Analyze, interpret and document evaluation results
* Develop patient care plan with short term goals
* Maintain all records in compliance with regulations, reimbursement requirements and job responsibilities
* Plan and provide individual, group and/or co-treatment sessions according to individual needs and goals
* Perform annual re-evaluations, adjusting goals and therapy as needed
* When appropriate, write a discharge summary for each child
* Provide family education and training to assist in carryover of skills into a client's daily living environment
* Communicate with other professionals such as physicians, psychologists, case workers, social workers, behavioral therapists, occupational therapists and physical therapists with signed release of information
* Team with parent and/or other team members in a therapy session, as appropriate
* Make appropriate referrals for additional services such as audiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral therapy, dentistry, psychology, psychiatry
* Maintain compliance with state and federal policies, North Carolina board of speech-language pathology and ASHA
* Supervise assistants, volunteers, students, other SLPs as assigned
* Participate in in-services and/or parent education training programs, as appropriate
* Position may include daycare and/or home visits
