[Cas-allemps] CAS Shared Task Force Website

Dear CAS staff, faculty and GEs,



I want to let you know that a website is now available for the CAS Shared Task Force:  https://blogs.uoregon.edu/cassharedservices/. This website contains information about the charge and work of the committee, resources, FAQs, updates and timeline, an opportunity to submit comments/questions along with a short survey for OA and classified staff.  A survey for faculty and GEs will follow shortly.



The work of the committee is broken down into four phases and a table outlining these four phases, along with work completed, is available on the website.  Next up will be listening sessions with unit managers coming in November.  Watch for an email from co-chairs Connie Brady and Sherri Nelson.



As I noted above, the website includes a comments box.  All CAS employees are encouraged to submit ideas/questions to the task force and a response will be received within 7 days of receipt.



Please take some time to visit the website and, as I stated in my email in May, I am excited about this work and look forward to receiving the Task Force recommendation(s) in winter term.
