CAS Task Force Survey #3

As the CAS Task Force<https://provost.uoregon.edu/task-force-structure-college-arts-and-sciences> continues its analysis of the costs and benefits to making structural changes to CAS, they have asked us to send you the third of four surveys they are conducting.

The third survey will be open through Sunday, April 13, 2019 and is primarily focused on the disadvantages of the current structure as it relates to teaching and research. Note that each survey begins with the same questions as prior surveys. The specific questions for this survey will follow after affiliation questions.
