Dear Campus,
Special Handling/Check Pickups:
Effective 1/12/22 the Thompson University Center will be closed to the public on a walk in basis. The main entrance door on the 1st floor will only be open from 8:00am - 1:00pm Monday through Friday for access to the drop box. All other access will need to be made in advance with the department you wish to visit. Accounts Payable will only be providing check pickups when absolutely necessary, and will require special arrangements. When required remittance information should be submitted by email to apbao at uoregon.edu<mailto:apbao at uoregon.edu> or campus mail to be enclosed with the checks.
Mailing Addresses and Direct Deposit Information (Duckweb):
With much of the UO campus shifting to a modified operational status for students, faculty, and staff, it is a good time for departments to remind their faculty, staff, and students to keep their mailing addresses and Direct Deposit information current in DuckWeb.
By keeping mailing addresses and Direct Deposit information current, they will help reduce the number of misdirected reimbursement, refund, and stipend payments. Employees that are signed up for Payroll direct deposit should make sure they are also signed up for AP reimbursement and stipend direct deposits. For more information on how to do this see: Updating ACH/DD in Duckweb for Employee Reimbursements and Student Stipends or Refunds<https://ba.uoregon.edu/Shibboleth.sso/Login?target=https%3A//ba.uoregon.edu/shib_login/procedure/4342>.
Banner Users when entering payments in Banner, verify they are using the most current and active mailing address.
Thank you for the work you do to support the UO students, faculty, and staff.
