A/P check runs during the holidays

Good Morning,

For the upcoming holidays we will be issuing Accounts Payable checks on the following dates:


  *   The week of Thanksgiving we will be producing direct deposits and checks on November 21 and 22.
  *   The week prior to Christmas we will be producing direct deposits and checks on December 19,  and 21.


The rest of the weeks during Christmas and New Year holidays will be on A/P's normal check run schedule.  Tuesdays direct deposits and checks, Thursdays direct deposit only, and Fridays direct deposits and checks.

Accounts Payable checks include payments to our vendors, contractors, employee reimbursements, and student aid or refund checks.  Please direct any related questions to Dan Patten at 6-4235.
