FISCAL YEAR END DEADLINES
FOR PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES
For the current fiscal year, we will have two deadlines for submitting all orders for completion and billing during Period 12 of Fiscal Year 2017:

Offset Print Orders: Wednesday, June 14, 2017
Digital Printing/Campus Mail Orders: Tuesday, June 20, 2017

If your print order also involves mailing, please allow three additional business days for processing (i.e. offset order would need to be in by Friday June 9th to allow for mailing by fiscal year-end).

The date of delivery of the finished product determines what Fiscal Year a job will be billed in. For orders placed by these dates, they are likely to be completed and billed in FY17.  If you have an order that must be billed in FY17 and is submitted after these deadlines, please call please call John Boytz 6-3796, April Nero 6-3130 or Bobbi Bengtson 6-2426.

Mailing Services and Express Delivery
Friday, June 30, 2017 is the last business day of the current fiscal year.  All mail and/or express deliveries processed by end of business on June 30th will be billed during Period 12.

Please also let us know if an index will be closed or inactive after June 30th (which usually applies to grant funds or budgeted departments), and charges for services must be billed to that index no later than June 30, 2017.
