Honorarium contracts information, form

Dear Campus Community,

Special events and guest speakers are an important contribution to the University of Oregon and greater community and the University hosts hundreds of speaking events each year. As such, honorarium contracts are used frequently across campus.

Purchasing and Contracting Services has a streamlined Honorarium Contract Form that should be used for all honoraria and honoraria-related travel expenses for short one-time, one-day engagements of non-UO employees performing work in the United States. This Honorarium Contract Form may be signed by any UO faculty or staff with Level 1 Contracting Authority (L1CA) or Level 2 Contracting Authority (L2CA).  If you do not have L1CA or L2CA, please submit the completed Honorarium Contract Form to Purchasing and Contracting Services for review and signature.
