REMINDER: FIS USER LOCK OUT AT 5:00 TODAY FOR TRANSACTION INPUT FOR fy13

Good Evening,


FIS users will be locked out of Banner FIS transaction input for FY13 as of 5:00 p.m., today,
Monday, July 15th.

This includes FIS invoices, journal vouchers, and DuckWeb for travel invoices.  Please complete
any documents for FY13 period 14 by that time.  If documents are not completed by that time,
please contact the appropriate department so we can facilitate getting those transactions
completed in FY13.

Banner FIS users will still be able to process transactions for FY14, but will only have query access to FY13.
