FIS/HRIS March 2013 Training Schedule

'Introduction to Banner' is an on-line course offered in Blackboard, the
University's course management software.   New FIS/HRIS/AR Banner
users must complete this course to become eligible for further Banner
FIS/HRIS/AR training.  Employees will use their Duck ID and password
to log into blackboard and can manage their Duck ID account at:
https://duckid.uoregon.edu/login.jsp

All FIS Banner users must have Banner access two (2) days before the
FIS Accounting Queries class and know their current Banner password.

FIS Invoices, Part 2                      Mon,11 MAR 13, 9 AM - Noon
HRIS Overview                     Wed, 13 MAR 13, 1:30 - 5 PM

HRIS Time Entry                   Thu, 14 MAR 13, 9 AM - Noon

FIS Journal Vouchers             Tue, 12 MAR 13, 9 AM - Noon
FIS Departmental Deposit Forms  Tue, 19 MAR 13, 9 - 11 AM
FIS Purchase Orders                       Wed, 20 MAR 13, 1:30 - 5 PM
Employee Moving Policy           Thu, 21 MAR 13, 10 AM - Noon
FIS Invoices Pay PO's            Thu, 21 MAR 13, 1:30 - 5 PM
Adv'd Accounts Payable Queries  Wed, 27 MAR 13, 1:30 - 3:30 PM
