A third session for the Budget 101 class has been added for March 13, 9:00 - 10:30am.  Please reference the below email from Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Please register through the HR/ODT training website.

Greetings,

Budget and Resource Planning will be holding a couple sessions of their Budget 101 classes in March.

This class is open to everyone on campus.  It provides an overview of the financial structure and the role that each of the components play in preparing your budget.  It also gives you guidance in preparing reports from the financial system (BANNER) as well as how to understand the reports that you are currently receiving.

As stated above, this is a class providing an overview of the budget and financial structure.  It is not a substitute for the training provided to later this year regarding the specifics related to the beginning budget for FY14.

The classes are being offered on March 18th and March 20th.  Please register through the HR/ODT training website.
