REMINDER: FIS TRANSACTION POSTING FOR FY12

Good Morning,

Banner FIS transaction access will be restricted after 5:00 p.m. tonight.  When you come to work tomorrow,
you will not be able to process any Banner FIS transactions with a June 30, 2012, transaction date.

If you have invoices or journal vouchers that need to be posted to FY12, and you are not able to get them
posted by 5:00 p.m.  today, please contact one of the following:

For invoices, please contact Dan Patten, at 6-4235,  Sherrie Canfield, at 6-3152, or Carmela Kortum, at 6-3126,
in Accounts Payable.

For journal vouchers, please contact Martha Schumacher, at 6-3524, Robbin Howard, at 6-1115, or Bruce
Abrahamson, at 6-3032, in Financial Services.
