Annual Code Of Ethics Statement - Now Automated!!!

Hello,

Purchasing and Contracting Services would like to announce two new automated databases, the OUS Code of Ethics (COE) and the UO Department Approval Authorization (DAA), accessed through a new Web portal.   This new portal will allow campus to fully complete, process, and submit the COE form and the DAA form online as well as access reports on forms submitted for their areas.

These new automated databases will be rolled out to campus in phases, with the first phase (COE form) distributed in this e-mail.  As each phase is implemented further instructions and a link to the database will be provided.  (See CAVEAT below.) The phased approach will hopefully allow enough time for all questions and concerns to be addressed.   Please note, everyone will be filling out new forms even if a current form is on file with Purchasing and Contracting Services.

The following link will take you to the new automated COE database, which you should use to complete your COE form online:  https://casitweb.uoregon.edu/pcsforms/

OUS Code of Ethics (Annual Statement):

  *   Once you click on the link, you will need to log in by clicking the "Log In" link located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and enter your duck id and password.
  *   Once you are logged in, click on the link for OUS Code of Ethics
  *   Follow instructions to complete and submit the automated form

Please complete the automated Code of Ethics form through this new Web portal.  After you complete, please let us know if you have any feedback on; ease of use, issues encountered, suggested improvements, other comments.  Please forward all comments to PCS at hss at uoregon.edu<mailto:hss at uoregon.edu>.

CAVEAT:  Please note this link will take you to a Web portal with links to the new automated database for DAA forms.  Please DO NOT USE THE LINK FOR THE DAA forms at this time as further information needs to be entered into the system.  We will send the information for launch of the automated UO Department Approval Authorization portal via a separate e-mail.
