Reporting of Gifts in Kind (Non-Cash Gifts)

Good Afternoon,

Campus departments that have received gifts of good or services during FY 12 from outside sources, including items purchased through the UO Foundation, are responsible for reporting those items to the Business Affairs Office.  Examples include:  scientific equipment, computers, musical instruments, etc.  These items are to be reported on the UO Report of Gift On-Line form.

The UO Report of Gift on-Line form can be located on the Business Affairs Website at:

http://ba.uoregon.edu/webform/report-of-gift

Please forward your completed forms to the Business Affairs Office by Friday, July 6th, so that the entries can be recorded in period 12.
If the forms are received after that date and before July 23rd, the entries will be recorded in period 14.
