The Business Affairs Office is pleased to announce our new on-line 
Report of Gift Form.
This will help improve our processing of new gifts.

When submitting a Report of Gift Form, please complete the on-line form, 
print, sign,
and send to Martha Schumacher, Financial Services, Business Affairs Office.
