Period 11 Close

[Notices relating to Business Affairs Office]

Good Morning,

We are going to close fiscal period 11 at 8:00 a.m., Thursday, June 
7th.  Please process
all documents that need to post to period 11 by that time, and be sure 
to allow time
for any necessary approvals.  Documents with a May transaction date that 
are caught
in approvals after period 11 is closed will not get posted to period 
11.  Their transaction
dates can be changed, however, to post in period 12.

If you are responsible for approving documents, please check your queues 
by 5:00 p.m.,
on June 6th, so that all completed documents receive the necessary 
approvals and post
to period 11.
