Important Update: 1099 Form corrections and amendment

Dear Colleagues,


I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an important matter regarding the IRS 1099 MISC & IRS 1099 NEC forms recently distributed to our vendors.



Unfortunately, we discovered an error in the data that was used to populate the forms, resulting in incorrect information being included. We are aware of the issue and are actively working to correct it. Corrected 1099 forms will be generated and resent to all affected vendors as soon as possible.



In the meantime, if you receive any inquiries from vendors about incorrect 1099 information, please assure them that we are aware of the issue and are taking immediate steps to rectify it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone's understanding and patience as we work to resolve this promptly.
