TWADEPO deposit receipts

To all UO staff who create, deliver, and reconcile departmental deposits:
Effective August 1, the Cashiers Department will no longer be sending completed departmental deposit receipts back to their originating departments by campus mail. Therefore, beginning August 1*, you will only need to enclose one (1) copy of the TWADEPO deposit form for each deposit.
It is recommended that you retain one copy of the TWADEPO form (either in hard copy or as a PDF) at your department, as it will make it easier if you need to verify later whether or not a deposit has been completed. To do so, please follow these instructions:
1. Go into Banner form TWADEPO, but don't press the tab key.
2. Instead, enter the number of the deposit you want to look up, and then press the tab key.
3. The deposit information (including the receipt number) should populate the appropriate fields.
4. To produce a PDF that includes the receipt number and process date, select "print deposit report" from the "options" section of the Tools menu.
(*or now, if you don't care about getting a receipt mailed back to you)
