<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Effective August 1, the Cashiers Department will no longer be sending completed departmental deposit receipts back to their originating departments by campus mail. Therefore,
beginning August 1*, you will only need to enclose one (1) copy of the TWADEPO deposit form for each deposit.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">It is recommended that you retain one copy of the TWADEPO form (either in hard copy or as a PDF) at your department, as it will make it easier if you need to verify later
whether or not a deposit has been completed. To do so, please follow these instructions:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Go into Banner form TWADEPO, but
<i><u>don’t</u></i> press the tab key.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Instead, enter the number of the deposit you want to look up, and then press the tab key.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The deposit information (including the receipt number) should populate the appropriate fields.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">To produce a PDF that includes the receipt number and process date, select “print deposit report” from the “options” section of the Tools
menu.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ol>
