travelnews: IMPORTANT Travel Update regarding Concur User Profiles and the UO Unused Ticket Report

To Concur Users and Travel Delegates -  Please share this widely with your new travelers and new Concur users:

As of this month, all Concur users must have a completed user profile including contact information, addresses, and a verified uoregon.edu email address.  The travel agency assignment will not sync until the profile information has been completed.  This is partly as a result of continuing flight interruptions (cancellations and delays) due to the ongoing pandemic.  Current contact information in your profile is how the airlines, your TMC, the UO Travel Office, UO Safety and Risk, and your department personnel relay important travel information to travelers.
Log into Concur.uoregon.edu and click on Profile Settings in the upper right corner.  The Concur New Employee Onboarding Checklist is available on the UO Travel website, Concur Resources:

UO Unused Ticket Report
Reminder that the Travel Office publishes the current UO Unused Ticket report the first week of each month, available on the Travel Resources button:  https://ba.uoregon.edu/travel/travel-resources#envelope-5108    Enter your duckid to log in and sort by Concur user group, traveler name, purchase and expiration dates, etc.

Our Travel Agencies get a list of tickets monthly with UO credits due to expire.  These are available for the next UO traveler with a qualifying flight.  Be sure to check with your TMC to see if there is a UO credit available for your next itinerary.
