The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Date: Wednesday, October 27th, 2021  **  Time: 11:00 AM to Noon

Topic: Eugene Airport Welcomes Southwest Airlines! In August 2021 Southwest Airlines became a new air carrier out of the Eugene Airport. Southwest Airlines now offers twice daily flights between Eugene and Oakland and a daily flight between Eugene and Las Vegas. On top of getting a new carrier to Eugene, Southwest Airlines has extended a percentage discount for UO business travelers through the Concur Booking Tool and UO Contracted Travel Agents. This is an exciting addition to our Eugene market! Please join the Travel Office and the UO’s Southwest Airlines Representatives, Paula Sheehan and Kaylee Jordan, for a talk on the service Southwest Airlines brings to the UO. It will be a fun conversation with trivia and prizes!
