SENT ON BEHALF OF MARK SCHMELZ, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER AND ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, AND ANDRE LE DUC, CHIEF RESILIENCE OFFICER AND ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT

While most UO-sponsored employees who are traveling internationally are documented in Concur, we need your help to identify any additional employees who are overseas and either are unable to return to the US or have decided to shelter in place overseas during the Covid-19 outbreak.

If you are aware of faculty, staff, or GEs who plan to spend spring term outside the US, please use this form<https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/4df54202cc654cfb963152637b229922> to submit the following information by Wednesday, April 8:

*         The employee's name, department and email address

*         Employment status (currently teaching remotely, on leave/no pay, etc.)

*         Country where they are currently residing

*         Planned length of stay in country
Last, as you know, the university is regularly updating a page with answers to FAQs and other university specific information here, https://www.uoregon.edu/coronavirus.
