travelnews: Concur Enhancements - TMC Email addresses published in print report

[BAO news for travel administrators]

Good Afternoon Concur Users -

When working with a TMC, the traveler or delegate must forward a copy of the approved Concur Request report showing approval.  This authorizes the travel agent to charge the UO card for the ticket.

Here are the *Step by Step instructions (NEW!) posted on the Concur Resources button on the Travel website:   Notify the TMC of a Request Approval  https://ba.uoregon.edu/procedure/2651

New Enhancement: The email address for the TMC's ticket queue now shows in the first line of the report.   Enter this address, your own address for tracking and copy in the agent with whom you are working:
