This course is designed for those processing UO business travel reimbursements.  This course offers an overview of UO Travel Policy, IRS travel guidelines,  plus an orientation to the Concur Travel and Expense Tool.  Areas of focus will include:

Persons eligible for travel expense reimbursement

BAO and Travel website overview

Online travel resources

Travel Account codes

Concur for Travel Expense orientation

Course is required  to obtain Concur Processor role

Concur Reporting for Managers and Coordinators

This course will introduce some of the standard Concur reporting features for review and lookup.

The session will be scheduled for 45 minutes, but there will also be up to a 45 minute session following the demo to discuss any custom reporting needs that units may need to have built for them with the Concur Cognos tool.  Please come with examples of the types of reporting that would benefit your unit the most.
