travelnews: Concur issue **** Error messages

[BAO news for travel administrators]

To UO Traveler and Delegates:

Please hold off in preparing any Concur Expense reports for a bit.  I had been working on an enhancement with Concur Support this morning but with that enhancement, the support person hit something on the header that is causing the Guest Header to appear on all reports which will cause error message.

I will alert you as soon as this is resolved.
