Concur tips - Watch for tips in upcoming editions of Travel News


Guest travel -

*       Always select Guest Policy from the dropdown menu on the form header

*       Always put the guest name in the Request Name. E.g. Weinicki - 06/08/18 - Lecture. This will help you identify the expense in Banner reports.

*       Enter the precise vendor number - no dashes or extra characters, no empty spaces.

o   Nine digit UO ID (all numeric)

o   Nine digit Vendor ID (starts with V) [cid:image008.jpg at 01D42B0B.46E05A90]



*       Use Expense Type Guest Meal Per Diem to reimburse meals.  If you use your profile for multiple guests, Concur assumes that you cannot be in two places at once.  This expense type was created to resolve this.

*       Attach agenda or itinerary for guest to support the business purpose using Expense Type "Other Supporting Documentation"
