Good Morning Campus Travel Coordinators -  Here are upcoming travel educational opportunities:


Travel Workshop:  Airbnb for Business  -  Location:  Thompson University Center, Room 305 - Open to Travel Coordinators and UO Business Travelers

        Thursday, January 4, 2018  10:00 am - 11:00 am

This workshop explores Airbnb for Business, a travel product that makes it easy to travel for work without sacrificing the comforts of home.  Representatives from Airbnb will explore how to book homes designated for this program.  These properties are "Business Travel Ready" and meet specific requirements for home type, amenities, check-in, reviews, responsiveness, and host commitment.  You will learn more about Airbnb for Business program, how properties are identified and reporting functionality for UO business travel



DUCKWEB Travel Reimbursement Form Training    Location:  Thompson University Center, Room 305

     Travel Policy and Duckweb Form, Part 1 -  Tuesday, February 6  -  8:45 am to 12:15pm

Training for new travel coordinators to learn process for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Both classes must be completed to become a Travel Coordinator and obtain access to the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.   Part 1 can be attended as a Travel Policy refresher for experienced travel coordinators.


      Travel Policy and Duckweb Form, Part 2  -  Wednesday, February 7 - 8:30 am to noon   **   Must take Travel Part 1 as a prerequisite.

Training for new travel coordinators to learn process for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Both classes must be completed to become a Travel Coordinator and obtain access to the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.
