travelnews: Travel Account code changes

[BAO news for travel administrators]

Dear travel coordinators,

In response to requests from across campus to make accounting for travel easier and prepare for implementing Concur, new travel account codes were created and are to be used as of July 1, 2017.

Financial Services and Budget and Resource Planning have helped by moving FY18 budgets and expenses from the old account codes to the new account codes. If you find something that you think requires an account code correction or change, please check with Robbin Howard in Financial Services or Conny Isaacs in Travel.

If you are posting any documents, please do not use the old account code series 39400 through 39699 .
