[BAO news for travel administrators]

Good Afternoon Campus Travel Coordinators -



We have a few seats left in our travel training classes next week:



Travel Training:



o   Travel Policy  -  Thursday, June 2 - 1:00p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Part 1 of the two part class:  This class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both must be completed in order to process travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel form.    The Travel Policy class can also be attended as a refresher for experienced travel coordinators.


o   Travel Forms  -  Friday, June 3 - 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Travel training for new travel coordinators for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Travel Policy class is a pre-requisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both classes must be taken in order to obtain access to the duckweb form to process travel reimbursements.
