[BAO news for travel administrators]

Campus Travel Coordinators -  Here are some upcoming Travel educational opportunities:


January Lunchtime Travel Talks  Location:  BAO Conference Room, Oregon Hall 135   ** No registration required


*         Travel Office Hours - Wednesday, January 20 from 10:00am to noon.  Bring travel or moving reimbursements or any travel related concerns or issues.  The Travel Office team will be in the BAO Conference Room.



*         Airfare Authorization Program Review  - Tuesday, January 26 from 1:00pm - 1:45pm.  This is a demo to review how to set up and obtain authorization for airline tickets purchased through our UO Contract Travel Agencies.  Brooke will demo how to fill in the authorization template, discuss who can authorize, how to track cancelled tickets, travel agency comparisons and more.

*         Travel Policy  -  Wednesday, March 2 from 8:45am to 12:15pm

This class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both must be completed in order to process travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel form.    The Travel Policy class can also be attended as a refresher for experienced travel coordinators.


*         Travel Forms  -  Thursday, March 3 from 1:00p.m. to 5:00p.m.

Travel training for new travel coordinators for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Travel Policy class is a pre-requisite to the Travel Forms class.
