Please join the UO Travel Office and Stephen Matusik from Azumano Travel in exploring best practices in purchasing air travel.  Is an advance purchase required?  How far in advance should you book?  Come learn tips and hints commonly used by your travel agent!

"Banner, Travel and You!"  Tuesday, December 15 - 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m

Join the UO Travel Office to learn:

*  How to find travel related charges (air, motor pool, etc.) in  Banner
*  How to look up and clear prepaid airfare charges
*  How to look up Vendor History
*  How to effectively use reconciliation (rec) numbers
*  How to set up a vendor for Direct Deposit

Travel Training:



o   Travel Policy  -  Monday, January 4 - 1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Part 1 of the two part class, this class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both must be completed in order to process travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel form.    The Travel Policy class can also be attended as a refresher for experienced travel coordinators.


o   Travel Forms  -  Tuesday, January 5 - 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Travel training for new travel coordinators for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Travel Policy class is a pre-requisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both classes must be taken in order to obtain access to the duckweb form to process travel reimbursements.
