travelnews: Fiscal Year End is Approaching - Reminders for Travel Reimbursements

[BAO news for travel administrators]

Good Morning Travel Coordinators -

Here are some important fiscal year end dates and details:

A5020 - Prepaid account code A5020 is no longer required.  May 25 was the last date this was needed (end of the credit card billing cycle).   Please use the regular 39xxx series travel account code for all airfare purchases through our contract travel agencies.

Wednesday, July 8 - Please complete all Travel Reimbursements for Period 12 by 3pm, July 8  in Duckweb.  Reimbursements must be backdated to a June transaction date.

Wednesday, July 15 at 3pm is the last opportunity to process any reimbursements into Period 14 in Duckweb.  Be sure to use a June transaction date.
