travelnews: Fiscal Year End REMINDER for today ** Dates and Deadlines for Travel Reimbursement Processing **

[BAO news for travel administrators]

Good Afternoon Travel Certifiers -

Fiscal Period 12 travel reimbursements can be processed through today July 8th at 3:00PM.  Please complete all travel reimbursements for Fiscal Period 12 no later than 3pm so they may clear the appropriate approval queues.  Backdate transactions to a June 30, 2014 transaction date at the bottom of the duckweb travel reimbursement form.

Fiscal Period 14/Year End Duckweb lockout is Tuesday, July 15 at 5pm.  This will be the final opportunity for any travel reimbursements to be invoiced to Fiscal Year 14.  Please complete transactions with a June 30, 2014 transaction date by 3pm to clear any approval queues.
