Hello Travel Coordinators -

Could you please be a tester for a new design to our Online Airfare Authorization Form?

As noted in our campus wide travel meeting this morning, we've had a number of users of the Online Airfare Authorization Form request we look into a linear, one page format rather than the current multi-tabbed version.

We value your opinion!  Our designer has given us a new linear format to try out which is located on our training test site.  Please go to:
