Here is one last chance to take our Online Airfare Authorization workshop on Thursday, Oct. 31 at  1:30pm.   Feel free to come for a refresher!

PLEASE NOTE:
We are now using the online system exclusively for authorization of airfare purchases.  Please do not send hardcopy fax authorizations.  Our travel agencies have been asked to direct anyone using the old forms to contact the Travel Office.  Using our new system is important for several  reasons:


*         Airfare transactions completed through this system insures the Travel Office  receive copies of all airline tickets purchased with our Travel Office credit card.



*         All airfare transactions are contained in one data base to help streamline our credit card reconciliation process.  Less time to complete this monthly process means we can turn your travel reimbursements around faster!



*         Using this online system allows for better control in preventing fraudulent activity on the credit card.

Important!  If you need to change any element - Index, account code, etc after the authorization has been sent, please contact the Travel Office for assistance.
