Good Morning -

Only two more classes are currently scheduled  for Airfare Authorization Online Tool training!

Please go to Making Tracks   http://odt.uoregon.edu/registration/   to sign up for Thursday, Sept. 5 at 10:30am   or   Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 8:30am

If you fill out the Airfare Authorization Form to get authorization to charge airfare through our contract travel agencies and have not already attended a class, please sign up.  If you work away from campus or cannot arrange to attend a class, please be sure to watch the training video which is available on the airfare authorization site:    http://travel.uoregon.edu/

Within a few weeks, we will transition away from the old hard copy form  to using only the new online system.
