[BAO news for travel administrators]

Good Morning Travel Coordinators -

Fiscal Period 12 travel reimbursements:  Today, July 8 at 5pm Duckweb will be locked.  Please complete all travel reimbursements for Fiscal Period 12 no later than 3pm so they may clear the appropriate approval queues.  Backdate transactions to a Jun 30, 2013 transaction date.

Fiscal Year End Duckweb lockout is next Monday, July 15 at 5pm.  This will be the final opportunity for any travel reimbursements to be invoiced to Fiscal Year 13.  Be sure to complete transactions by 3pm to clear any approval queues
