(there seemed to be some confusion last year from a nominator)<o:p></o:p></li><li class="xmsolistparagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Classified Staff Award: only award that asks us to contact all prior senators in this constituent group to be part of the deliberative process….some of whom have had no connection
to the Senate for many years. Seems a strange part of the process, the other awards are considered by those currently affiliated with the Senate. Also, can be hard to schedule that many people to look over the nominations during an already busy time of year.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
