     *   Presentation guidance given to motion sponsors:
        *   Brief overview of program requirements/4-year trajectory (or, 2- or 7-year trajectory in the case of graduate programs) to demonstrate both academic rigor and a clear plan for students to follow to graduate on time
        *   Whether additional resources will be needed to fund the program and whether any resources have been promised by the Administration (additional tenure lines, etc.)
        *   Value add to the UO and whether there are similar programs in Oregon and around the nation - always goes over well when we will be the first or that our program will have unique features not offered by others
        *   Whether a program will be interdisciplinary and what other units will be involved
        *   Career options/pathways
        *   Diversity/inclusion/recruitment/retention
