Subject: [Uosenateexec] Another request for a QUICK email vote
Dear Senate Exec,

We have one more candidate awaiting your approval, this one for the recently-opened Clark Honors College seat on the Undergraduate Council. Professor Barbara Mossberg has agreed to serve, pending approval of the Senate Exec.

Please reply to this email ASAP with a single word, either “Yes” or “No”. Of course, if someone sees a reason that we need to discuss, let me know and we can have a more deliberative process.

I ask you to reply just to me — this is not a secret ballot, but as a practical matter I’d rather not clog up people’s inboxes with reply alls. When we reach a quorum I will take whichever vote is higher and communicate the result to our candidate and the convener of the Undergraduate Council.
