 • Faculty Trustee Process: review and finalize attached process proposal document
 • Planning for post national election response
 • What sort of statement or action should the Senate take to support the UO community?
 • Revisit Anti-Racism Workplan
 • Inclusive Classrooms - what does in "inclusive classroom" look like?
 • What parts of the work plan should the Senate focus its efforts on during the 2020-2021 year?
 • Creating safe spaces for difficult conversations.
 • Internal Senate work group: plans to begin educating campus around things like "whiteness" as part of broad movement to increase awareness within UO community. Will consult with DEI and other groups to coordinate efforts.
 • Follow-up on comments from Oct 7th Senate meeting on access to disaggregated data. Updates to be provided by Senate Admin Liaison Melanie Muenzer
